Job Description:

As an Customer Support at Zettatech Co., Ltd, you will act as a bridge between our development team and customers, ensuring project requirements are met, issues are resolved, and software products are successfully delivered.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, gathering and understanding their software requirements and providing regular updates on project progress.

Technical Support: Provides technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers by addressing their questions, concerns, and problems related to our software products.

Quality Assurance: Assist in testing and quality assurance activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure that software products meet specified requirements and are free from defects.

Documentation: Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials, to facilitate customer understanding and use of our software.

Feedback and Improvement: Collect and transmit customer feedback to the development team, actively participating in continuous improvement efforts and suggesting improvements to software products.


Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred background in information technology, or software-related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional support and service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with software development technologies is a plus.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Account Consultant with a strong background in software development, specifically focusing on Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing client relationships, understanding their accounting and financial requirements, and configuring Odoo to meet those needs. You will work closely with clients to analyze their financial processes, implement Odoo modules, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful software integration.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all accounting and financial software-related matters.

2. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and document their accounting and financial process requirements, ensuring alignment with Odoo capabilities.

3. Solution Design: Utilize your Odoo expertise to design and configure the system to meet the identified accounting and financial needs, including customization and module selection.

4. System Configuration: Customize and configure Odoo accounting modules to align with client-specific financial requirements, including data migration and integration.

5. Financial Analysis: Assist clients in analyzing financial data within the Odoo system, providing insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.

6. User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions to educate clients and end-users on how to effectively use Odoo for their accounting and financial operations.

7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that configured solutions meet the specified accounting and financial requirements through thorough testing and quality assurance processes.

8. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, financial processes, and client-specific customizations.

9. Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and technical teams to address complex customization requirements and financial data integrations.

10. Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients for accounting and financial software-related issues, including troubleshooting, system upgrades, and enhancements.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as an Account Consultant in software development projects, with a focus on Odoo accounting modules.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and technical teams.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.

• Proficiency in documenting financial configurations, processes, and requirements.


Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in configuring Odoo accounting modules.

• Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and financial software.

• Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools.

• Familiarity with Odoo's financial reporting and analysis capabilities.

• Ability to perform data migration and financial data integration tasks.
