Job Description:
As an HR and Admin Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources and administrative functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR and administrative tasks to support our employees and the overall business.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment, Onboarding, and Offboarding:
a. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
b. Plan and coordinate employee onboarding, including orientation programs, arranging the assets for employee and necessary training.
c. Plan and coordinate employee offboarding, including exit interview, employee clearance process, and recommendation, etc.
2. Employee Relations:
a. Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
b. Maintain a positive and healthy work environment by promoting employee engagement and morale.
3. HR Documentation:
a. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and attendance records.
b. Prepare and update HR documents, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
4. Performance Management:
a. Assist in the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
5. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
a. Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
b. Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, leave management, and other perks.
6. Compliance:
a. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
b. Maintain knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
7. Administer Employee Training:
a. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
b. Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
8. Administrative Support:
a. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, facilities management, and vendor management.
b. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in HR and administration, preferably in the IT industry.
Familiarity with HR software and tools for payroll and employee management.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various HR and administrative tasks simultaneously.
