Job Description:
As an Customer Support at Zettatech Co., Ltd, you will act as a bridge between our development team and customers, ensuring project requirements are met, issues are resolved, and software products are successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, gathering and understanding their software requirements and providing regular updates on project progress.
Technical Support: Provides technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers by addressing their questions, concerns, and problems related to our software products.
Quality Assurance: Assist in testing and quality assurance activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure that software products meet specified requirements and are free from defects.
Documentation: Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials, to facilitate customer understanding and use of our software.
Feedback and Improvement: Collect and transmit customer feedback to the development team, actively participating in
continuous improvement efforts and suggesting improvements to software products.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred background in information technology, or software-related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional support and service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with software development technologies is a plus.
