Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with experience in software development, particularly with a focus on Odoo. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and requirements gathering, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, gather and document requirements, and ensure successful software implementation.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering:
• • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and actionable.
• Process Analysis:
• • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation using Odoo.
• System Design:
• • Work with developers and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
• Data Analysis:
• • Analyze and document data requirements, including data mapping, transformation, and integration needs.
• Quality Assurance:
• • Assist in the development of test cases and participate in the testing phase to ensure that the delivered solution meets the specified requirements.
• Project Management:
• • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure project goals are achieved within established deadlines.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• • Maintain open and clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
• User Training:
• • Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on the implemented solution.
• Documentation:
• • Create comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions for reference and future enhancements.
• Continuous Improvement:
• • Stay updated with the latest developments in Odoo and related technologies, providing insights for system optimization and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field. 
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, with Odooexperience strongly preferred. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with technical andnon-technical stakeholders. 
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus. Proficiency in documentation tools and techniques. 
• Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. SQL and database querying skills (additional preferred skill)
