Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist with expertise in Odoo, a popular open-source business management software suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing brand awareness, and expanding our customer base through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and target potential clients, leads, and opportunities.
Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
Maintain a deep understanding of Odoo products and solutions to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and create brand visibility.
Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and website content.
Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
Odoo Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Odoo software.
Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients, addressing their specific needs and pain points.
Customize Odoo solutions to fit the unique requirements of potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.
Use market insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably with a focus on Odoo or similar ERP/CRM systems.
Strong understanding of Odoo's functionality and customization capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools.
Digital marketing expertise, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
